- Graduates from a full-time acting course or degree
- Newly professionally represented performers (inc. non graduates)
Why Theatre bridge?
Work side-by-side with an unmatched faculty of world-class directors, choreographers, musical directors and industry mentors — a collective unavailable as a group anywhere else.
Train at a professional pace, inside a working theatre, with direct pathways into TEATRO productions and alumni-supported creative opportunities.
This is where artistry sharpens, confidence ignites, and careers begin.
The THEatreBRIDGE program cultivates the mindset of a professional artist. With the guidance of true Australian leaders in their respective theatrical fields, you will learn how to successfully present yourself as a readily employable musical theatre performer.
the theatre bridge difference
This is a sustained program. The timeline enables participants to grow and develop skills throughout the course, with continued opportunities to put into practice the lessons over consecutive weeks.
Performers in the THEatreBRIDGE program work directly in the room with industry creatives who have iconic status in the commercial theatre world.
Throughout the program we focus on developing:
the performer’s mindset
The skills required for a versatile and productive Musical Theatre career are most successful when built on a solid self-awareness. This brings your best mindset to the work. The program breaks down existing beliefs and practices that restrict being truly present in performance.
UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES TO WORK ‘IN THE ROOM’ WITH INTERNATIONAL THEATRE CREATIVES
Our faculty is made up of internationally renowned leading theatrical creatives, many of whom are rarely accessible in this and form professional connections beyond existing networks.
You will be seen ‘close up’ by producers and key industry members across all classes. This rare opportunity allows connection and showcase for artists in an elite and compelling environment.
